Muhammad Sumair

Muhammad Sumair, is a seasoned technology expert who founded the organization with a vision to bring value and efficiency to organizations who lack tech knowledge, capabilities and expertise through wide range of services. He has worked with more than 50+ clients over the 7 years of his career as a technology expert. GoldCrest is the brainchild of Muhammed Sumair who aims to make It a global brand enabling technology to bring efficiency and effectiveness in the firms operations and customer satisfaction. Muhammed Sumair is a well know face in the technology industry who is reshaping the manner in which technology is built and deployed in the firms.

Our Process

Not every solution is a good fit for every business; therefore we consider a holistic view of Business Requirements and Budget, and then come up with the Right Solution. Here is our core process defined briefly

Requirements Analysis

As an initial phase, we carefully gather business requirements for all the bits & pieces, with questions and suggestions to clients. After connecting all the individual portions of business requirements, we perform a detailed Analysis of the whole project, so we are able to decide the best suitable technical platform as per business needs. This opens up a doorway to “Project Planning”.

Solution Design

This is the next phase, in which we build the solution design, which includes database design, environment and application design. We also consider the security and confidentiality needs of business application. In other words, the complete structure and skeleton of a business application is prepared.

Support

We do not leave our customers helpless, even after deployment. We are always there to support our clients whenever they face any issues and need enhancements in the application.

Testing

This is also a vital part in our process, which ensures the quality of our work. Our team keeps testing the application as we are on track with the development and these test cycles are run throughout the development phase, in parallel and afterwards. We also involve our clients in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase where applicable.

Deployment

This is usually a final step towards launching the application for end users. This involves the configuration, migration and deployment of ALL the environment specific components, database and application itself

Development

Based on the solution design, we split this entire design into various parts and our UX Design and development team drives it towards the core development of each part. These individual parts are then integrated together to shape up the main application.
